Unable to install DL version

When I try to install the DL version of PCM 07, the box disappears and then after about a minute I get a notice that .NET Framework 2.0 failed. Can anyone help me with this problem?

Try installing this package: https://www.microsoft.com/downloads/de...laylang=en

it failed to install the software .NET Framework 2.0 family right at the end. It encountered an error
