Following my database Fri PCM 2012, I made a new version of my Vertigo database.
That is / was a historical database with all riders on the basis of the ranking on www.cyclingrankin... cycling. This list has now been adapted so extreme, I can not stay behind.
I use the stats from the past but they have getweekt, there are many riders have been added and a lot of teams.

The teams are still classified according to birthplace / city.

In the previous version there were teams like "baltic states", "austria-czech republic ',' UK-Ireland 'and' Team Scandinavia". With great pleasure I can say that now there are separate teams for almost every country. You will therefore team czech republic, austria team, team norway, sweden team, team Latvia, ... can play.



There are many regions added. In Germany / France / Belgium, ... (in short, the large countries) even have their own team every province. Provinces are combined with too few riders with other provinces that they have a clear link. Example, Berlin and Brandenburg. They are one team, which makes sense since Berlin is located in Brandenburg and many people are born in Berlin but living in Brandenburg. For other provinces, without adjacent facilities, a merger is not possible and it is just a small team (eg Liguria).



As in previous versions, I use an age matrix. riders born before 1900 will be 39 years. Riders born after 1990 will be eg. 20/21 years. This database is made to play a career. Ideal if you're young and you wielrenfan Frank Vanden Broucke finally want to win the Tour of Flanders. So you can let him focus on his stats and cobbled him finally give the deserved victory in the round.



I prefer to keep the team names as regional as possible. Team Norway will be called Kongeriket Norge. That is the Norwegian spelling. In my opinion, go here for more on your team.



The database is down. You will only need to download a small database file, no extra shirts because the shirts were already used in the Gui of the game itself. Because there are so many adjustments / riders, the load times are a bit on the long side.

There are more teams than the original db, to make it more appealing and clear to start working with the db I will oplijsten the teams with the most famous riders / team leaders.
