4 teams with a total of 7 riders for this one.
Nateghi for Indosat is the only one coming alone.

Road Race

With a mountanous route Gilanipoor looks like the biggest favourite but Alizadeh and Poorseyedi should be ready to challenge him.

All of the other 4 try to attack early on but only Kolahdouz manages to get away.

On the first summit he has a 10 minute gap.
That grows to 13 minutes at the foot of the second climb as noone seems willing to chase.

18'26 at the second summit. Looks like we won't get any actual racing today...

Saying that Kolahdouz won this would probably be pushing it a bit since it never really became a race, but he will get to wear the national colours next season.

The remaining six riders decided that they couldn't even be bothered actually climbing the last mountain.

Time Trial

With no real ITT specialists this could be a fairly open race, though it looks to be between Poorseyedi and the Compal riders.

Khalilikhosrosrani is the first of the favourites on the route and easily beats the earlier times with 38'07 at the halfway point.

Nateghi is puttin in a solid TT only 29 seconds slower at this point.

Poorseyedi cuts 31 seconds of the best time.

Defending champion Gilanpoor is 18 seconds slower than the Siam Cement rider halfway through the stage.

Poorseyedi continues his strong rider over the 3rd time check, btu both of the two other remain within a minute so much can still change.

Despite starting as 3rd rider Khalilikhosrosrani gets to be first over the finish line. The time to beat is 1h12'53''

Nateghi is 56 seconds slower. Not a bad TT from him though.
