How to change fitness schedule for riders on other teams?

Hey Guys!

I wanna ask if you can change the fitness schedule for riders on other teams in an editor?
Mainly because Peter Sagan seems to top his form at the cobble classics and the Vuelta/WC, while his form seems to suck at the Tour De France, where he his almost anonymous.

I have looked around in my save with Fast Editor, but I'm not sure what to change.
