A four man break got away almost instantly and they were pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/sbp.png Lindau, pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/fab.png Feillu, pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/sva.png Einsle and pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/evo.png Mohoric

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00002_zpsolv2hafg.jpg

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/ken.png Kenya Airways did a very large portion of the working at the front of the peleton, for the duration of the stage they let the break have a lead of around 8 minutes.

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00003_zpsa6fnbhjs.jpg

With 80km left pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/ken.png Kenya Airways and pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/bup.png Lululemon decided to put on the hurt and decreased the break’s lead to 4 minutes.

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00004_zpstn3ct1op.jpg

47km later and the gap is halved, pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/tom.png Kreder decideds that is enough is enough and he abandons the race.

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00006_zpskf7vkb6g.jpg

The sprinters seem to be struggling a tad up the climb but the only major name to be dropped was pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/bpo.png Keukeleire.

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00007_zpsjjmnhsqq.jpg

Attacks had still yet to be launched with 20km left, the gap to the break was 1’11”

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00008_zpsepcmntoq.jpg

At the 13km mark pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/gnu.png Vandenbergh bulleted away from the pack, he instantly opened a ten second gap, he was also only 30 seconds behind the break.

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00009_zpsisyglnjr.jpg

For some reason the peloton seemed to ease off letting pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/gnu.png Vandenbergh open his gap to 38 seconds, he was still 25 seconds behind the break away!

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00010_zpsxhueujwd.jpg

With 8.5km left pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/gnu.png Vandenbergh finally managed to bridge up the the break. But as soon as he joined pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/evo.png Mohoric bolted from the group. With the acceleration he managed to open up a 24 second gap!

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00011_zpstg3dmfxe.jpg

Meanwhile in the peloton, some leadout trains already started to form, pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/ken.png Kenya Airways were down the middle while pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/bup.png Lululemon formed on the right side.

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00013_zpsst3wap6u.jpg

The breakaway was reeled in with 5km left, pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/gnu.png Vandenbergh was still ahead by 12 seconds while pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/evo.png Mohoric was 36 seconds ahead!

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00015_zpsgdrhpcpo.jpg

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/gnu.png Vandenbergh was swarmed by the pack with 4km left

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00016_zps3p8hsxwy.jpg

When pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/gnu.png Vandenbergh was reeled in there were 2 leadout trains.

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/evo.png Mohoric heroic day was brought to an end with 1.8km left, sprints had yet to be launched though

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00019_zpsrzxz0pcz.jpg

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/ken.png Impey finally launched with 1.3km left pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/pum.png Demare, pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/azt.png Farrar and pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/blk.png Nelson seemed to get boxed in and could not get involved in the initial launch

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00020_zpsrjy9mhf3.jpg

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/ken.png Impey was still ahead with 800m left, but out of nowhere pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/sbp.png Reimer had managed to emerge out of the pack and have an open road ahead of him, he was even gaining on pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/ken.png Impey

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00021_zpstbiuhzwy.jpg

400m left and pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/ken.png Impey was still slighlty ahead of the bolting pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/sbp.png Reimer.

i1266.photobucket.com/albums/jj521/Jihardy/2015-09-29_00022_zpsrxl8rh7a.jpg

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/ken.png Impey manages to hold on to the lead and he wins the Plouay GP by just half a wheel over the suprising second placed rider pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/sbp.png Reimer.
