Activation denied - steam

Hi, i just bought the game and downloaded it, but when i try to activate the game i get the message "Activation denied by server. Contact technical support and submit the following information: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

I have tried to perform it by other means, and also tried to do it through the activation site, with no luck? It just says "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."

I have wrote a email to , with no answer..

What do to?

Where did you buy the game?

In the official shop or at another site?

Now, after 2 hours the support have finally answered me, i hope they have the solution =)

Well 2 hours isn`t very long to be honest. Pfft

Normally they should be able to fix those kind of problems, in especially when you bought it via official steam shop.

Support has asked to send a screenshoot of my activation code and hardware code, hope they can fix the problem Smile
