Playing career mode with PCMdaily EP v1.6 the game crashes simulating from 19th to 20th january. What can I have done wrong?

Mine also crashes in june 20th...

Im playing a carrer with Fablok as sponsor.. haven't touch the DB, im using V1.1

Any help?
