Unable to save a game

I was trying to play a career mode in PCM 15 with PCMdaily expansion pack v 1.6...However I found out that I cannot save my game when I am playing for certain teams (katusha, BMC, Astana) because when I click that icon (Home icon) which returns you to Main Menu from career mode and concurrently automatic save your game the game crashes. But when I was trying to play a career mode with teams like Cannondale - Garmin, Tinkoff or SKY there is no problem with crashing and the game is saved and I am able to load it.

Please, does sb know what might be wrong? Should I reinstall the whole game?
