No experience from world tour races

Hi everybody,

I have a problem with my pro cyclist mode. I don't get any xp from any world tour races. I entered world tour races in my second season (player was 22 then) and won amstel gold race. 2nd in giro and won the vuelta + some podium finishes and jerseys here and then. The only xp i got was for finishing my first grand tour. Anyone else experiences this problem and does anybody know how to fix this?
