How to win mountain stage

In previous version of PCM i was always good at MO stages, but in this 15 pcm im poor.

My Yates brothers with climber stats 81+ looses every stage agains riders with lower MO statas.

Do u have any suggestion, how i can win climbers stages Grin? Some tips?
