Maybe the difference isn't much big, but when you see the results of TdF you can see the difference.
Some other info's: Sky Team from TdF is at least 75/75 (of course without Stannard & Rowe) and all GC contenders have minimum 60-65 in CO after patch.

I see no point playing TdF with Alberto having a stat of 79. I don't care the others, that is a big difference.
You can't downgrade a stat of 3 because he is tired, 81-80 is fine but same stat with Gesink.
