Crash at the start of Pro Cycling game

Hello, I wanted to start a new pro cyclist career (I already have 2 in progress) but after a few days of simulation the game just crashes and I also noticed that when I go back to menu before crash occurs it doesn´t make any save file. Any suggestions? Thanks.

EDIT: omg I just realized that it isn´t saving even my older careers Sad what the hell is going on here?SadEmbarassed
