Crash loading 3D in 'be a pro'

I'm in the 2018 season in my 'be a pro' career. When I'm loading the Amstel Gold Race and Fleche Wallonne in 3D the game crashes while loading team textures. Sometimes it passes loading the team textures, but then crashes while loading rider textures. Simulating is no problem. Riding the race in single stage mode isn't a problem either.

There are some new teams competing in the race which got a wildcard, like Netia, Key trade and Scarpa. Which I thought caused the problem, so I excluded them and their riders from the race. But it didn't help. Does anyone have an idea what else i could try?

I'm using PCMdaily EP V1 database.
