Question about database collums

Many times i have asked database question in different threads, but heres a thread, where you can ask about that. Fx what does this column affekt etc.

My first question is: In sta_region what does weight do exactly? Is it how many riders the region produce every year? Is it how good they are? Or somethin else?

It is how many riders the region produces every year.
