Language doesn't working help

Hi I bought 2 days later PCM 2015. My problem is that when you turn on the game and selecting the language to Polish he has not changed and is still English. When I trie to change the language to another, problem is this same. Because I'm from Poland I ask you to put on this topic a file for the Polish language in the game. I will be very grateful. I think that this file name is Local.dcb
