Scrolling through riders in game

Under 23 Posts: 57 Joined: 22-04-2007 PCM$: 200.00	Hello, just a quick question. Is it normal that in gameplay when you want to scroll through riders the game always scrolls 2 at 1 time? just updated to Windows 10 and started the 2015 edition the first time. In the last one it scrolls 1 by 1

In the last one it scrolls 1 by 1 This is a known bug on PCM 15. I heard this from a few people who updated to Windows 10. This is caused by the Win 10 upgrade.
