This one. Plus CQ rankings, whih I actually prefer. They haven't made updates for the current transfer season yet though.

I use CyclingQuotes, Velonews and Cyclingnews. They should provide you with all you need in terms of news.

I use ProCyclingStats to check results, stages startlists etc. I dont use CQ ranking, but thats a good website as well. Twitter is also good when you know who to follow
