Which PCM should I buy?

After several years of struggling through the annual disappointment of booting up PCM 2010 come TdF time, only to have my hopes and dreams struck down by that edition's game-breaking bugs (such as the latest one I've encountered of being unable to race after loading a saved game), I have decided to pick up a newer edition. The trouble is, I don't know which to go for. I'm not too bothered about how up-to-date the database is, all I want are database and stage editors, and as few bugs as possible.

Can anyone give me some pointers as to which would suit me best?
