After Season?

Hi All

I have just complete my first season in pcm 2010. What do you do with the riders between late oktober until January. Should I send them on a Leasure training camp? Or what do you usually do after a season?

But what about fatique of the riders, will a leisure camp help on that?

Post-season (dont remember what is called) Traingcamp to boost the moral who the rider who dont have maximum moral, can be a idea to do

The leisure camps are waste of money - I had such an experience with PCM 09 Wink
