I bought PCM 2015 in a play-store in Belgium for about 40 € but I had a problem: when opening the original box I noticed the DVD was not in the box. All was there, the two manuals and the Key-code.
I returned to the shop but they do not believe me. So I can not install the game.
I tried via Steam but I need to by the game again.
Is there somewhere a solution please?

Don't know what its like in Belgium, but in Germany, you can give back products you bought for 14 days. Try that and get your 40€ back and buy another box.
Also, not sure about this, but there were extra download files around in the internet where you could download pcm and use your key on it. Not sure if these were uploaded by daily users, by cyanide or from pirates.
Otherwise ask in the cyanide forum for support.
Thanks for your info. In Belgium you can indeaed return things you bought but mostly there are exceptions for multimedium products, games, dvd's and so on.

In germany, multimedium products are not included as well, but my experience shows, that begging for it can help. And being very nice to the guy who you're talking to. If he starts to like you he could do you the pleasure.
