Reversing an Injury/Going Back In Time

Hey everybody! So I've had the good old injury right after winning a few stages of a tour. It was a sponsor goal as well and the injured rider is my only GC hope. I was wondering if there is a way as of yet to go back in time in PCM 15 or to reverse the injury somehow in order to keep him in the race?
It was odd because I won the stage and he didn't crash or look remotely injured, but straight after on the podium it gave the stage win to the rider in 2nd place.

I've seen that editor to change dates in PCM 14 downloads section but I doubted that it would work with PCM 15.

You can revert to the nearest weekly backup to avoid any possible bugs that comes with the use of an editor. It should be located in documents/Pro Cycling Manager 2015/WeeklySaves/Username and have the filename of the save followed by the latest backup.

Example filename may be Career_1-2015-4-13.cdb

You should put this in your save folder. Saves are in documents/ pro Cycling Manager 2015/Cloud/USername
