Hi all. i want to know what is the difference between
Stamina
Ressistance
Recovery

And which are most important

As far as I know, and correct me if I'm wrong:
Stamina affects your green bar - which is how much overall effort you can do. I've see some people suggest that the green bar also affects the rate at which the yellow and red bar get depleted, I tend to agree. Resistence is the yellow bar - how much medium effort you can make (around 160-180 heart beats per minute). Recovery affects how well you recover - some say it's from day to day, I think it may also affect how well you recover the yellow bar going downhill, but I'm not sure.
