Modify a stage

Hi all, I m completely new to this so maybe my question is silly.
I would like to modify the gene_f_mountan ratio of an existing stage : Genthings Highlands stage in Tour of Lankgawi as I discovered while playing that riders with a good hill value where doing really good there. Thanks to the viewer I checked that it's a 0.2 ratio which is not real at all.

How could I change this value to 0.8 for example ? Before this ratio was accessible in the DB but not anymore. Thanks in advance for your help

You would need an zcts file of the stage to edit it, otherwise you will have to make the whole stage yourself :/

So this means that we can't modify the original file from Cyanide ? too bad ...

Before PCM 2012 we had at least an access to gene_f_mountain, time_gap or uphillsprint but no it looks like it s not possible anymore.
