Ive been playing a bit of PCM 15 lately.. Mainly the team career mode. Made small Continental teams and UCI World teams.
Today i was thinking about the equipment your team have (frames, wheels etc).
In the beginning of the season there is always this "research within this brand of equipment" - but you're not allowed to choose WHICH brand you wanna use, but only have the option to pick the one you get.
How / and IS it possible as a team, to require new "brand" equipment.. Fx. i would REALLY want the S-Works / Specialized equipment - how can archieve that?
Open dyn_brand_contract, dyn_team and sta_brand with an editor
Locate your team ID in dyn_team and find it in the dyn_brand_contract second column. Your team equipment is now shown under marque, which is the brand id from sta_brand you want to use.
In dyn_brand_contract you can replace the brand ID with the ones you want.
Under a career you are either chosen to be part of R&D or not. The contract will be random and when that contract expires, you will get offers from other brands.
However I would not suggest changing equipment in an ongoing save, as it could make the game crash. I myself tried this and my save got ruined.

be aware that it's sorted as
Frame ID
Wheel ID
Groupset ID
What Editor are u using, because the stuff you tell me to locate isnt exactly like is, in my editor (pcm fast editor).
Anyhow i loaded up my saved game, and tryid to follow ur instructions. Also found my team, and put everything to "Specialized" - but when i entered thee game and a race, i still had the same EQ :s
