career: financial balance stays the same

dear fellow sporting directors!

after a rather succesful season with my nordic team Helly Hansen, I managed to sign a new deal with my top star A. Kristoff. I needed to pay him a lot to make him stay and was worried glancing at my finances, decreasing each month.
But then, at the start of the next season i realised, that the financial balance stays the same no matter what happens (money for races, traing camp expences, etc.)
At first, I was relieved, but now, after a few months, I find it a bit too unrealistic and am therefore applying for your help to fix this thing.

Also, my riders havent developed their attributes in appoximately the same period, coincidence?

Tried to change the value in fast editor but solde simply doesnt change???

I am using the newest daily database btw...

It's crazy! I had a team consisting of most of the best riders in all feilds, the best staff(and panty of them), a expensive scouting system that I don't even understand and kept gaining money every year! Cool
