In season 3 with my pro, my original race plan included all the GT's, and several other races from my directors (ie, not MY plan to race all of these all in one season).
Didn't do any changes on the plan, and now when TDF is just starting i see that my rider has had 59 race days so far. TDF and Tour of Spain will get 42 more days, and in addition it's like 10 days or so the reminder of races.
So, after 10 days of racing in the TDF the status is as follows:
Physical condition - all green
Freshness - about 60%
Rythm - all green
Fatigue - all green
In the training schedule thing, i can see that fatigue is slowly rising from like 10% now (Seems to have dipped from 100% to 10% after 60 race days, as i would excpect), and the others will dip starting in august....
So my question: Is it still the 60 race day limit as earlier, that form declining after this?
If so, does anyone understand why the team managers are setting such a plan up for my rider?
Guess i'll have to cancel tour of spain, but i will still be over 80 days in total for the year..
If you played career mode before you know that the automatic scheduling is not perfect, so it's not perfect here either. You probably have plenty of points to change it by now, don't be afraid to use them. In addition, play around with the training effort to control fatigue. Training has no influence on stats improvement so don't be afraid to lower it as much as you need in slow times, ramping it up before the tours. Don't give up on the vuelta too easily, the game seems to send the B or C climbers as team leaders there, you have a good chance of succeeding there.
