Change potential of riders a country produces

What kind of hellish nightmare have the DB developers brought upon us this time?!?

For starters: Where can i determine the potential of riders a country produces?
In the previous version it used to be gene_f_chance_pot0, gene_f_chance_pot1, ..., gene_f_chance_pot7 in STA_region.
But as always they had to play with the DB for no obvious reason and hide it in some obscure place.

Anybody a clue?

BTW: I´ll update this list as i go along. Smile

The first thing you should update is the name of the thread.
Database structure or Problems with the database structure would be a good start

But I am pretty sure that there already are similar threads.
