I am using a Portuguese continental team named OFM, and I want to know what are the best free agents I can get or low salary players, I mainly want above 70 Rating. I would love to have some players above 75 that wouldn't want a lot of money. I now that a friend of mine got Ramūnas Navardauskas after he terminated his contract. I would really want guys like win.

And by your experience what are the most likely to terminate contract with their currents teams.

You can offer contracts to all riders whose contracts are running out at the end of the season, starting on the 21.06. each year. Use the search function. But your team is not very attractive, so few riders will want to come.

Their wage demands are only dependent on how good their rating is. A rider rated 75 will ask for about 20.000, far too much for you. Look for young riders rated 69 or 70 and replace the weak riders whose contracts are ending. Your team will be stronger next season and the riders will still get better.
