How I can edit the XML files?

Hello everyone, I have a problem when I try to start a career with a personalized team in the PCM15.

When I search new riders generated by the game, I find a lot of sprinters with huge level (74-78), and all the climbers, tt, puncheurs and other specilities have 71-73 at most...

There is a proof of what I found :

So I'm trying to edit the XML files (C:\Program Files\Pro Cycling Manager 2015\Xml\YoungRiderCarac) but I can't found the way to make as I want..

Here you have a way to ''solve'' it. It might not be 100% optimized for PCM 15 but it works. Wink

And to answer your question, .XML files can be opened in Notepad, but I recommend the excellent Notepad++ with it's graphical interface.
