Does anyone know how the "sponser" reaction is ?

Do you get any credit for wins - if its not within the sponser goal's
Do you get any credit for things like : mountain - sprint - ect., if the race is a "sponser" race, but its is a different goal you have set (min a top 10 or similar)

Or could you just simulate anything out of sponser focus.
