[solved]Can't open database - works fine ingame

Hey guys, im trying to edit a pro cyclist database, however i get an unknown symbol error. The game/database works fine ingame.

I attached the DB in a .rar so you can try for yourself.

Try the fast editor, it can be found in the download section of PCM 11 or 12.
