Trouble after editing DB

Hello.

I have tried to edit the local.cdb to put in some more regen names. I have edited the tables correctly (AFAIK) and it seems to work. However, it wont let me repack from XML back to CDB file. It just crashes.

I know it's not a lot of information, but do you think you can help me?

Okay, I managed to repack the DB, but I encountered a new problem. The game crashes everytime I try to start a new save. Always at "generating young riders". I must have made a mistake, but I simply cannot find it.

What I have done that may be wrong:

Belgium and Switzerland are already divided in the DB into several regions. I have added seperate names for Flanders and Wallonie, and for German, French and italian Switzerland.

Is it this that the game can't handle perhaps?

That didn't solve the problem.

New question: Can the game handle missing numbers from IDregen_firstname in STA_regen_firstname/lastname?

Eg. if I deleted value number 4 from the column, but left 3 and 5 there, could that cause the game to crash?

EDIT: I have attached the local cdb which seems to cause the problem. Would anyone be so kind as to look at it and tell me what the problem is?

I have tried everything I can think of. Can anyone please suggest to me what could be wrong?

I am terribly sorry for asking for so much help, but I am out of ideas Sad
