Each time I try to play Tour de France in single race mode, game crashes when stage 4 is loading. I get this message:
It happens both with Expansion Pack V0.8 and with Official database.
Has anyone experienced simillar problem? Is there something I can do about it? I like cobbles and I wish I can play this stage in 3D, without simulation.
Runtime errors while playing the game, could be because of a memory failure...reinstall should help.
But before you do that. A runtime error can also be caused if you run 2 proprams at the same time, which hinder each other. Or if you run low on RAM while running both.
Also a Virus could be the cause, but I don't think this will be the case.
Does this error only appear when you play single race? Or also in career? Or online?
EDIT: Just read again. So it does only happen in stage 4? That's the cobbled stage, right?

Yeah, only that stage.
Don't know if the problem appears in career or online. I tried to play this stage only in single race mode.
2 programs at the same time seemed like a likely explanation at first, because I realised Skype was running at the same time on my PC, but the situation remains the same when I shut it down.
I don't think it's a problem with cobbles in itself, I was able to play some smaller cobbled races in 3D without any problem.
Generally, PCM likes to crash when loading stages, always has. Just try loading it again and again and I think it should work at some point. Especially if you don't have the latest hardware it might help to deactivate the replay in the options menu.
