Help - Game won't start

Amateur Posts: 2 Joined: 28-06-2014 PCM$: 200.00	I have bought PCM15 and installed it at Steam, but when I start the game all I get is a blue screen and yellow marker, the game nerver really starts. I have updated everything, followed steams technical FAQ and nothing has changed, what can I do?
