Help - Game won't start

I have bought PCM15 and installed it at Steam, but when I start the game all I get is a blue screen and yellow marker, the game nerver really starts.

I have updated everything, followed steams technical FAQ and nothing has changed, what can I do?

This is not the official support.
If you don't get help here, try the official help from Cyandide and Steam.
