Just bought, keeps crashing

Hello,

Problem 1:
I bought PCM 2015 today and upgraded it to 1.2.0.0, when I check the options/database (ingame) I see 0 names/databases.

Problem 2:
When I try to start a career mode the game just insta crashed and I have no idea what to do now, can't seem to fix it.

Hopefully some1 can help me out here.
