Be a Pro XP system

Amateur Posts: 15 Joined: 08-05-2008 PCM$: 200.00	Hi. Can anyone explain how the xp system works with be a pro. Do you only get xp for achivements showing up ? If you have allready got win continetal race, do you still get xp for doing them ? Do you get more/less xp for a race depending on your performance ? Is there a full list of xp achivements for pro ? Or else maybe we could make a thread where people can add when they see achivements.
