Which editor to use to change nationality of be a pro rider?

The title says it all, I want to change the nationality of my Swedish rider (using pcm daily expansion pack) but it is unclear to me which editor to use, if at all possible.

Excel Editor(PCM12 DL section) should work fine.

OrThe PCM Fast Editor is also a great choice. Should be also in some older sections.

btw, I also tried the excel editor but it gives an error unfortunately.
