Which editor to use to change nationality of be a pro rider?

Neo-Pro Posts: 340 Joined: 22-08-2007 PCM$: 200.00	The title says it all, I want to change the nationality of my Swedish rider (using pcm daily expansion pack) but it is unclear to me which editor to use, if at all possible. Thank you. Edited by the sim-eraser on 10-07-2015 20:17

Grand Tour Specialist Posts: 4411 Joined: 10-08-2011 PCM$: 400.00	OrThe PCM Fast Editor is also a great choice. Should be also in some older sections.
