Be a pro crashes at end of season

Hi all,

I just finished my first season in the be a pro mode. When loading new "regenerated" riders for next season, somewhere mid October, the game crashes.

Anyone recognizes this problem and/or have a solution?

Had exactly the same issue but couldn't load it back up not would it let me load anything up so had to clear save game file before I could play again
