A challenging, partly hilly timetrial (45km length) will surely mix some things up again - we do have a Top-10 with quite a mix of allrounders and pure puncheurs.

Sanchez Gil and Costa (seperated by 14 seconds) may fight for yellow, while Nepomnyachsniy will at least attack the podium. Riders like Craven, Koren, Boom and maybe also Kangert still in contention for a great GC-result. Cornu will fight for a Top-15 and the stage, of course.

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2015/Races/PCT/Ukraine/MG15_Ukraine_4_001.jpg

Cornu setting the best time - as expected, though yet quite close ahead of a strong Bibby (who's out of any GC-contention, unfortunatelly):

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2015/Races/PCT/Ukraine/MG15_Ukraine_4_002.jpg

Yesterday's unlucky crash victim Kangert (+ 4.10 in the GC, as 12th) looking strong today, going past Cornu by quite a margin:

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/gzl.png Kangert
pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/bpo.png Cornu + 30"
pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/ers.png Bibby + 40"

He may even hope to attack the Top-10, given that there's quite some huge gaps between him and some strong TTlers like Kreuziger or even Cornu here!

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2015/Races/PCT/Ukraine/MG15_Ukraine_4_003.jpg

Boom (GC's 11th, + 2.04) as the more promising Top-10 contender, though not as strong as Kangert today:

+ 41" at the finish, so close behind Bibby as provisional 4th.. surely some pressure for a few guys coming next!

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2015/Races/PCT/Ukraine/MG15_Ukraine_4_004.jpg

Like Hategeka, obviously. The African really struggles on this challenging parcours and sees Koren go past him here! The latter as a serious Top-5 contender, as he finishes in the same range as Boom:

+ 3'33" for Hategeka

+ 42" for Koren as provisional 5th at the finish!

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2015/Races/PCT/Ukraine/MG15_Ukraine_4_005.jpg

Defending Tour of Ukraine winner Craven will surely aim higher than his teammate Hategeka and the challenging parcours may help him against some stronger TT-specialists. He knows this route pretty well:

+ 1'08" on Kangert, who really put up a huge performance today. Craven therefore behind Koren in the GC, but maybe still attacking the Top-5..

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2015/Races/PCT/Ukraine/MG15_Ukraine_4_006.jpg

Boily and Meyer as 6th and 7th in the GC.. both not amongst the best TTlers and definitely under pressure with Koren, Boom and Craven behind them:

+ 1'22" for Boily, so quite a good peformance, that won't be enough to hold off Koren/Craven though

+ 3'13" for a struggling Meyer, who may drop quite far down the GC that way!

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2015/Races/PCT/Ukraine/MG15_Ukraine_4_007.jpg

Nepomnyachsniy next on the road and he's definitely a real threat for all of those four riders ahead in the GC. He looked superstrong yesterday and while he can't compete with Kangert today, he's definitely putting some pressure on the following riders:

+ 32" at the finish as provisional 3rd, close behind Cornu!

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/gzl.png Kangert
pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/bpo.png Cornu + 30"
pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/coc.png Nepomnyachsniy + 32"
pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/ers.png Bibby + 40"
pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/aeg.png Boom + 41"
pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/gzl.png Koren + 42"
pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/afr.png Craven + 1'08"
pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/rbc.png Kreuziger + 1'20"
pcmdaily.com/images/mg/micro/rbc.png Boily + 1'22"

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2015/Races/PCT/Ukraine/MG15_Ukraine_4_008.jpg

GC's 4th Bellis already much slower at the splits and he clearly hasn't his best day. Opposing to Boily, the Brit can't conceal his lack of TT-skills here:

+ 3'37" to even finish behind Hategeka on the stage! He's therefore more than 2 minutes slower than Boily, Craven, Koren or Boom!

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2015/Races/PCT/Ukraine/MG15_Ukraine_4_009.jpg

Kelderman with the same problems now? Well, as to be expected, also him will lose some time today - but he surely does better than Bellis:

+ 2'12" on Kangert and also in danger to drop down the rankings..

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2015/Races/PCT/Ukraine/MG15_Ukraine_4_010.jpg

Costa next.. will he deliver and be able to gain those 14 seconds on LLS here? And will he hold off Nepomnyachsniy, who's just half a minute down in the GC?

He's looking save as for Nepom:

+ 51" at the finish, so losing less than 20 seconds on Nepom eventually.. but enough to put pressure on LLS?

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2015/Races/PCT/Ukraine/MG15_Ukraine_4_011.jpg

Let's keep it short: it ain't enough, as Sanchez Gil is ahead of Costa at every of those three splits today. Another strong performance from the Spaniard, who even gains time on Nepom:

+ 21" behind Kangert, who will win this timetrial!

And now for the overview and changes inside the GC's Top-12:

A huge stage for Kangert, really. His fight back from yesterday's crash close to the finishing climb is kinda epic now. Moving inside the Top-10 - that wasn't to be expected prior to this stage here.

Bellis, Meyer and also Kelderman with quite some losses today. Kelderman, though doing much better than Bellis, dropping from 3 to 8. Biggest winners definitely Kangert, Boom, a strong Koren and also Craven with the expected jump today.

pcmdaily.com/images/mg/2015/Races/PCT/Ukraine/MG15_Ukraine_4_012.jpg

Sanchezl Gil proving his strength again, now looking like he will take the final GC with just a flat stage to follow. Costa and Nepomnyachsniy to complete the podium, if nothing special happens tomorrow.

Cornu moving up to 14th, Kreuziger 15th, while Bibby's good result today won't help him going higher than 51st in the GC..
