Training type

Under 23 Posts: 76 Joined: 28-07-2013 PCM$: 200.00	Hi In older versions, when i was choosing training type for every rider i was looking at his attributes potentials and chose training according to those stars. How should i choose training here when i dont see what potential have rider in certain stat. For example in older versions, if i had sprinter who had good potential in hills i chose puncher training for him. Now i cant see how he can develop in hills so i dont know what training is best for him. How are you others choosing training for you riders?
