What file to open with Lachi Editor

I want to chance some things in the database, but normally I just use Lachi's and it works just fine.
Because I haven't played for a very long time, I'm not sure which file to open or if it's just the editor not working anymore.

Can anyone explain to me where I find the file I have to open?
