remove fatigue lachi's editor

Good friends, can someone explain to me how I can remove my runners fatigue with Lachi's editor?

If I remember correctly nobody found out how to remove the fatigue permanently.
So basically you would have to edit it daily or weekly in the game.
The instructions to do that are somewhere in this forum, maybe in the PCM 13 subforum.
