Riders with contract expiration

Can you name some good riders with contract expiration after the first season? Preferably under the radar ones, such as good talents or decent riders that are not among the very top riders.

For my save I am currently looking for French, Belgian and Spanish riders, but any nationality will do if the right rider comes around.

The contract duration is random and therefore differently in every career.
