[semi-fixed?] PCM15 Crashes on startup

Hi Guys,

I have windows 8, every time I startup PCM15 it immediately crashes.
Already tried reinstalling the game, verified the ingame files via steam twice. Both no effect sadly. I'm running out of options, couldn't find comparable issues in here?
I check the settings, the resolution options are as they should be.

I get an error message from Cyanide Studio - crash reporter. It sadly doesn't even give me an error message to work with. Just tells me "We're sorry. The game had a problem and crashed."

Anyone who has a sollution to this?

EDIT:
Seemed to be an issue with the DirectX, using a version which my pc could not run.
Via https://support.steampowered.com/kb_a...mp;l=dutch site edited the startup options.
The game launches now, not sure if everything works still.
