Exporting Database to PCM 15

Hi guys! The title pretty much says it all, is there a chance to export a PCM14 database to PCM 15?

If not, could I export some team jerseys from the database on PCM14, embedding it into another one in PCM 15?

Yes, it is possible to migrate databases or part of a database but it involves much work. If I remember correctly somebody converted his career from PCM 13 to PCM 14.
The easiest way would be in Excel. Open the tables from both database in Excel and copy and paste.

Jerseys are compatible and this is much easier. Just copy the file. If the file name is the same, it will work automatically.
