Editing NCs with Lachi's editor?

Can someone explain to me how you edit the national champions in the db using Lachi's editor?
I remember there's a column for NCs and you have to give the champions 32, but I forgot the rest. For example, what to do with TT champions? What to do with past champions? Some numbers are different etc...

Former NC ITT = 1
Former NC RR = 2
Former WC ITT = 4
Former VC RR = 8
Actual NC ITT = 16
Actual NC RR = 32
Actual WC ITT = 64
Actual WC RR = 128

You have to add all the values you want the rider to have active. Example: Cancellara is the former NC ITT, NC RR and WC ITT champion; so 1+2+4=7.

If the value is higher than 128, you have to decrease it by 256. Example: Kwiatkowski is the actual WC RR champion, and the former NC ITT and NC RR champion; so 128+1+2=131. As 131 is higher than 128, 131-256=-125.

I'm talking by heart, but I'm pretty sure these are the values Wink
