Crash when use a different DB

When i use a different db into the pcm2015, the game crashed when generating new riders... i dont know why but steam say me that how its not the original db, maybe i colud into troubles..

You're not in trouble, it's something Cyanide does it automatically.
I reckon this is the Daily DB you're talking about? Try re-installing it, or, better, just install the V0.8 in the download section.
Either you haven't installed it correctly or you have installed the patch after installing the database.
The patch overwrites some files which could make the DB incompatible.
Installing the V0.8 of the Daily DB properly(when having the V0.5 already installed correctly of course) will do the trick.

Then you don't install it in the right gamefolder, you have probably installed PCM somewhere else than the default install folder(Steam version, non-English version or just manually selected the PCM installation version somewhere else are the things that could cause that).
Try finding PCM.exe first and then install the database in the same folder as PCM.exe is located.

You have to install it in the Steam folder obviously, like we warned you in the installer.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Pro Cycling Manager 2015
That would be my Steam folder. But first check yours, obviously, yours might be in E for instance
