DOWNLOAD BELOW

1.Download the fle in the link.
2.Put the downloaded file to My Documents/Pro Cycling 2015/Cloud/Startlists
3.Select Tour de France in stage/stage race mode and press Load List of Startlists!

But considering startlists are not always database compatible, for which DB is this?

I have made using the PCMDaily Expasion
But it works for all the ''Current Databases''.

yes I did emre (cloud...startlists...)... I just have the option to choose a single stage in the game... nothing near... the db is the real names one. |
