as we are all awaiting the Grand Depart in Utrecht in 4 days and cheering for our favourite rider(s) - no matter whether at the track or at home in front of the TV - I thought I could start with the startlist for the 102nd Tour de France.
Every team has announced their rosters and so this startlist is complete; that doesn't mean it's final because we saw that f.e. Ag2r replaced P. Gretsch one or two days ago...
I'll surely update it immediately when something should change there.
However, you can find a .rar-file as attachment. Open it, unrar it and place the .xml-file in the documents folder of your PCM 2015: C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2015\Cloud\Startlists
Important: This startlist bases on the PCM.daily Expansion Pack V0.5! So, I'd won't work with other DBs than the Expansion Pack (but it's at least compatible with V0.7)!
I intended to make all the startlist of all possible UCI World Tour races (1.UWT and 2.UWT) as well as many 1.HC and 2.HC races when the Expansion Pack V1.0 is published. This could take some time... Btw it's worth it to wait for the awesome work the PCM.daily DB members are doing
Nevertheless, you can request some startlists if you want and I'll try to make them for you. Even now
Finally the ExpansionPack V1.0 and 1.1 were released by our great DB-team. They also included all the startlist for the WorldTour-races. In my case, my PCM doesn't show them at all - even though the files are there.
However, it works when I redo them all manually. I got all WT-races till March (including March) so far. When you have the same problem it would worth a try, I guess.
Just drag the files in the .rar-file to this direction: C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2015\Cloud\Startlists
Important: Make sure that you ticked the right DB ingame. These startlists works either both for V1.0 and V1.1.
! In order to let everything work properly you have to edit two little things in the DB: Open the DB with an editor (in this case PCMdaily_ExpansionPack_v1_2014NC.cdb), go to the table STA_race_rules and edit the coloumn gene_i_max_teams for these two races: Santos Tour Down Under (to 19) and Volta Ciclista a Catalunya (to 24). That's it; just save and you are done.

I checked every startlist twice to avoid mistakes. Nevertheless, I'm not a machine and maybe I overlooked something. Please give a hint when you find anything wrong in there.
One more thing: For the Santos Tour Down Under, I used Team Jayco - AIS instead of UniSA Australia. Both kits looks quite similar but there aren't any files for the second one.
Here you can find the second part of my startlists for the 2015 season in PCM 2015. They fill the period from April to May (including May) of the WorldTour-races.
They are again compatible with the PCMdaily Expansion Pack V1.0 and V1.1.
Installation procedure is still the same:
Paste the .xml-files from the .rar-file to the following directory: C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2015\Cloud\Startlists
! Once again you have to use a DB-editor so that everything runs smooth. Open PCMdaily_ExpansionPack_v1_2014NC.cdb, select the table STA_race_rules and edit the coloumn gene_i_max_teams for the Amstel Gold Race to 25. That's it.

Eventually, I found the time to continue my work on some startlists. I'm sorry that it hasn't become more. Please find attached two files:
One contains the startlists from June til July (including July) of the WorldTour-races.
They are compatible with all PCMdaily Expansion Pack versions since V1.0 (V1.1, V1.5 and probably V1.6).
Just drag the .xml files in the following path: C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2015\Cloud\Startlists
The other file is a database I created as I added the Polish national team in order to have the exact startlist for the Tour de Pologne which will be included in the next startlist collection. All changes described before have been made for this one. It's not necessary to use it but, yeah, whatever...

By the way, the database bases on the Expansion Pack V1.5 2014NC.
So, in this package you can find the startlists for the UWT races that took place in August 2015. Even though it represents only one month, SIX WorldTour races are included this time.
I'm almost finished with the final WorldTour races in September and October,too, but there is one little issue: Not every cyclist starting for Team Canada is in the database. Hoewever, it won't be a big problem to add them.
To use the startlists you have to drag the .xml files in the following path: C:\Users\[Username]\Documents\Pro Cycling Manager 2015\Cloud\Startlists
