Amateur Posts: 9 Joined: 04-01-2013 PCM$: 200.00	Is your question to race them all in one season with good fitness, freshness etc for all? If you want to last the full season you can't make your training too intense, this is part of the planning though. Trial and error. Go test it out. Or is your question more directed at how you get your pro to be at such a level where he can challenge for wins at all 3 tours? If its the last one, you've gotta do well in the smaller races first. Try to level up as much as you can, gain a contract with a world tour team and continue to level up. Once you've completed certain things such as "finish top 5" or "win jersey" in a certain category race you will unlock the ability to change your race schedule to race grand tours. However, to be able to race TdF you need to gain a result in one of the other GTs first.
